Zusammenfassung:Postharvest sweet cherries were immediately transported to Shandong Institute of Pomology for treatment. 1.2 Reagents Chlorine dioxide (Cl02) powder was purchased from Shandong Zhaoguan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; 12.5% natamycin was produced by Shandong Furuida Biotechnology Co., Ltd.; 50% fludioxonil WP was produced by Syngenta Crop Protection Co., Ltd.; 1-MCP tablet (1-methyl cyclopropylene microcapsule, active ingredient 0.014%) was produced by AgroFresh; It' s Fresh ethylene adsorption paper (medium size) was manufactured by It ' s Fresh Cooperation (UK); MAP plastic bag was provided by Hunan Guxian Technology Co., Ltd. 1.3 Treatment methods According to the maturity and quality requirements, fruits of the same size were harvested, and sent to the refrigeration house of Shandong Institute of Pomology within 4 h post harvest. The experimental results showed that the C02 concentration generally reached the maximum value at 8 d post storage, and then tended to be stable. [...]the C02 concentration of 10%12% in MAP packaging was the ideal gas index range for MAP storage of sweet cherry. Cherry is non-climacteric fruit, with very low production of ethylene, but reacts to exogenous and wound-induced ethylene which will lead to increased respiration and decreased quality. [...]it helps maintain fruit quality and reduce decay by controlling ethylene. Ethylene also promotes the growth of rot fungi. [...]ethylene inhibitors and adsorbents had the effect of controlling decay. 2.3Antiseptic effect of fludioxonil and natamycin As shown in Fig.3, when stored at (0±1) C for 30 d, the decay rate of natamycin treatment was 0.7%, which was significantly lower than that of MAP and fludioxonil treatments; the decay rate of fludioxonil was 1.5% , which had no significant difference with that of MAP (!>0.05).
