Zusammenfassung:TJ-137 administered to patients with chronic ITP increased the platelet count "slightly" or more in 31.7% of the patients and showed a clinical effect in 40.9% with a rating of "modestly effective" or better. With a low incidence of adverse reactions, TJ-137 is ex pected to be a new drug for the treatment of ITP.
