Zusammenfassung: | [...]responsibilities include leading and developing a strong, results-oriented staff focused on achieving the Association's goals and objectives and delivering high-quality services, program support, and educational offering support to the leadership and membership. ACDA provides a strong number of benefits and services to support choral music education and performance, including print and web-based media, professional development conferences and workshops, and through collaborative partnerships with similar associations. The following areas reflect my structuring of the National Office staff and represents all of the work done by the National Office: * Membership Services and Communication (Team Support: Sundra Flansburg; Trina Kopacka; Olga Funderburk) * Conferences and Exhibiting (Team Support: Debbie Beckner; Brent Ballweg; Sindy Hail) * Publications and Advertising (Team Support: Amanda Bumgarner; Ron Granger) * Accounting/Financial Services (Team Support: Marvin Meyer; Adriana Garcia-Brown) * Technology and Project Management (Team: Scott Davis; Daryl Bishop) The following areas reflect the programmatic work of ACDA now that Standing Committees have been established to vet and develop additional area of membership programming, engagement, and in some cases, policy creation. The following reflection of the accomplishments and evaluation of my efforts reflects my delegation of work throughout the administrative and staffing structure outlined previously, my management strategies for the various tasks, the level of balance maintained between administration and programs, the implementation of the various job descriptions, my efforts to maximize volunteer involvement in the work of the association, the training necessary for staff development, communication goals for working with Regional and State leadership (program, administration, and fi nancial), and my mentoring and supervision of ACDA staff toward the accomplishment of this work. |
