Change in White College Women's Understanding of Sexism: Empowerment through Critical Reflection

Morgan and Rhoden investigated the ways in which college women perceive and understand the presence of sexism as an agent of oppression in their lives and explored its meaning through an interpretation of their personal experiences. Research suggested that these women had to not only identify sexism in their own experiences and in the world but also be able to recognize their emotional responses to sexism.
