Zusammenfassung:We report a case of primary cervical epidural malignant lymphoma with rheumatoid arthritis. Because of the acute progression of paralysis in both legs, surgical decompression and stabilization of the cervical spine were performed. The resected specimen showed proliferation of lymphoblastic cells diagnosed as malignant lymphoma. Four series of chemotherapy were administered after surgery, and the patient recovered from paralysis. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
