MARCH 1843: THE MOST ABNORMAL MONTH EVER?

To determine why this unusual chill was en- trenched across the United States we analyzed the lim- ited wind, tempera- ture, and weather observations from March 1843 to cre- ate synoptic weath- er maps of selected days.
