Zusammenfassung:Wuillemin et al report the case of a thrombophilic patient with activated protein C resistance who was repeatedly put on oral anticoagulants for recurrent venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism and who twice developed a hepatitis-like clinical presentation following exposure to phenprocoumon. Protein C plasma levels may be decreased for several months after liver damage.
