Zusammenfassung:The article discusses issues of labor market regulation; the authors put forward the hypothesis that the labor market is a self-regulating system, with some assumptions that are unemployment rates and GDP. The article also presents a theoretical overview of the self-regulation of the labor market, taking place in the studies of other authors. In the second part of the article, the dynamic model of optimal management of specialists training formed by the authors is presented.
