Zusammenfassung:Cytomegalovirus encephalitis is a challenging life‐threatening complication following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for which medical treatment is usually ineffective or toxic. Herein, two cases of pediatric patients successfully treated with third‐party donor‐derived virus‐specific T cells for CMV meningoencephalitis are reported.
