Zusammenfassung: | A response to Steven Feldman's article "The revolt against cultural Authority: Power/knowledge as an assumption in organization theory" is presented. Feldman's article took 3 major tenets of traditional authority and used them to critique some aspects of organization theory written from postmodern and critical theory perspectives. While his courage to look at big questions is applauded, it is suggested that Feldman use dialogue rather than dialectic in further exploration. |
