Zusammenfassung:Gold nanorod patterns made with microwrinkle substrate were investigated. The wide range and uniform patterning of gold nanorods are useful for the various applications. By changing the width of the microwrinkle, it was possible to realize many kinds of gold nanorod pattern on the silicon substrate. In some conditions, gold nanorods aligned along the direction of a microwrinkle. A standing configuration of gold nanorods was also observed in another condition. The stamp method with a microwrinkle substrate is shown to be a powerful method to make various kinds of uniform pattern of gold nanorods.
