Zusammenfassung:An alloy of a mixture of Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 oxides has been obtained under radiant heating. It is established that films of the Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 alloy, deposited on the surface of glass and silicon plates, have high mechanical strength and adhesion, are transparent in the SE sensitivity region, and can be used as antireflection coatings.
