Zusammenfassung: | One-dimensional aluminum phthalocyanine nanomaterials were prepared by electrochemical deposition method and characterized by means of AFM, SEM, UV–vis, and XRD measurements. The effects of solution concentration and deposition voltage on aluminum phthalocyanine nanomaterials preparation were studied. The resulting one-dimensional aluminum phthalocynine nanomaterials showed enhanced conductivity compared to that of bulk aluminum phthalocyanine. Furthermore, the growth mechanism of depositing one-dimensional aluminum phthalocyanine nanomaterials by electrochemical deposition method was put forward. |
