Zusammenfassung:[Purpose] The aim of this study was to consider the potential of a pelvic floor muscle (PFM) exercise method using vibration stimulation. [Participants and Methods] Fifteen healthy men participated in this study. PFM exercise was conducted under two conditions, namely with and without local vibration. The measurement item was maximum voluntary contraction (MVC) of the PFM, which we measured using surface electromyography pre- and post-exercise. Exercise was performed in the sitting position on a cushion with a vibration function. The participants performed 6 sets of 10-second contraction of the PFM.
