Zusammenfassung: | A few curve techniques to determine kinetic parameters of reversible reaction were reported. The techniques were applied to the ferri/ferrocyanide redox system as a typical reversible reaction to obtain the number of electrons transferred, the rate constant and the transfer coefficient. It is shown that the proposed techniques enable us to properly read the Tafel slope region and therefore to accurately estimated the relevant parameters. It was confirmed that the kinetic parameters of the ferri/ferrocyanide redox reaction were k∅=10−1.3 cm s−1 and αa=0.51. |
