Viral infection inhibition effected by 2'-5'-oligoadenylate in the process of potato meristems regeneration

The effect of 2'–5'-oliloadenylates taken at different concentrations on the process of meristems regeneration and the amount of regenerats free of potato viruses X, S, M and F in the culture medium was studied. The preparation concentrations inhibiting viruses reproduction without effecting the regenerates development were chosen. Variety dependence in the process of potato improvement and 2'–5'-oligoadenylates universal antiviral effect were shown.
