Value of the electrocradiogram in detecting left ventricular dysfunction in asymptomatic patients with aortic regurgitation

Noninvasive assessment of left ventricular function in patients with aortic regurgitation (AR) has been extensively evaluated at rest and during exercise. The results of a study of 28 patients with isolated to severe AR are presented.
