Zusammenfassung:	In 20 patients, we compared endocoronary electrocardiographic modifications occurring during angioplasty with one of the methods often used to assess viability. Our results show that endocoronary electrocardiography is an easy way to assess viability with sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive values of 100%, 80%, 94%, and 100%, respectively.
