(Beta)-adrenergic stimulation and cAMP mobilize Ca(2positive) from an IP(3)-insensitive pool in rat submandibular granular ducts

Evidence is offered that beta-adrenergic stimulation of rat submandibular grandular ducts results in the mobilization of calcium from an inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate-insensitive store and that this effect is mediated by adenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate.
