Immunolocalization of the mNaV2.3 Napositive channel in mouse heart: Upregulation in myometrium during pregnancy
Antibodies specific for mNaV2.3, a putative voltage-dependent sodium channel gene expressed in both the mouse heart and uterus, were used to characterize mNaV2.3 protein expression. The data provide the most dramatic example of NaC regulation.
