Zusammenfassung:As in other parts of the world, the capital markets sector in Mexico is an attractive alternative for lenders and borrowers of financial resources. It allows various economic agents to transfer savings to companies that wish to partially cover their financing needs for a term of a year or more. At the present time, the Mexican market is one of the top 10 emerging markets in the world and the second in Latin America in terms of capitalization value. This article presents an overview of the taxation of Mexican capital markets.
