Fluidized-bed photocatalytic oxidation of trichloroethylene in contaminated airstreams

Complete oxidation of dilute levels of trichloroethylene is efficiently achieved at room temperature in a flat-plate photoreactor employing an ultraviolet-activated silica-supported titania photocatalyst.
