Zusammenfassung: | The growing body of research demonstrating the usefulness of behavioral techniques in controlling many problems found in organizational settings has been instrumental in developing an applied behavior analysis. Yet there remain many problems connected with the use and application of behavior modification in organizations. This study purports to review and critique some of these applications and suggest other areas where behavior modification might be usefully extended. The review and critique of past applications emphasizes critical comments in the areas of metaphysics, ethics, theory, industrial setting, and interpretation. Behavior modification can be applied to a wide variety of areas including human resources management, resocialization of workers, management by objectives, etc. |
