Zusammenfassung:Proliferative glomerulonephritis with monoclonal immunoglobulin G deposits (PGNMID) is a newly identified and rare form of glomerulonephritis which is characterized by endocapillary proliferative or membranoproliferative with monoclonal deposit stain for IgG and a single light chain. We describe the case of a 63-year-old woman with type 2 diabetes who was considered to have PGNMID.
