Low-molecular-weight heparins: Review of their role for unstable angina/non- Q-wave MI

The advantages of low-molecular-weight heparins generally and the cumulative evidence for an efficacy benefit with enoxaparin argue for strong consideration of enoxaparin as an alternative to unfractionated heparin in the acute phase of unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction.
