Evolution of a SNAP-Ed Youth Evaluation Instrument

An abstract of a study describing the evolution of a youth evaluation tool for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Ed New Mexico over the course of five years is presented. Implications of the study show that the work has yielded insights related to instrument design that may help others.
