Kinetic analysis of muscarinic receptors in human brain and salivary gland in vivo

The hypothesis that the employment of the IQNB enantiomers, together with the analysis of ligand metabolites and pharmacokinetic analyses, could be useful for studies of human muscarinic-cholinergic receptors (mAChRs) was tested. The distribution of mAChRs in brain regions and parotid glands of heal...

Zusammenfassung:The hypothesis that the employment of the IQNB enantiomers, together with the analysis of ligand metabolites and pharmacokinetic analyses, could be useful for studies of human muscarinic-cholinergic receptors (mAChRs) was tested. The distribution of mAChRs in brain regions and parotid glands of healthy human volunteers in vivo was examined. RR-IQNB has value when used for studies of human brain mAChRs.
