Changes in plasma glutathione concentrations, turnover, and disposal in developing rats

The results of a study of the response of plasma sinusoidal reduced glutathione (GSH) to the declining inflow from the liver are discussed. It was found that perfused liver appears to underestimate the true rate of sinusoidal GSH efflux taking place in vivo.
