Resetting of 24-h sodium and water balance during 4 days of servo-controlled reduction of renal perfusion pressure

A study to evaluate the hypothesis whether an increase in renal perfusion pressure is a necessary prerequisite to escape endogenously stimulated sodium-retaining mechanisms in dogs is presented.
