Influence of filling on left ventricular diastolic pressure-volume curve during pacing ischemia in dogs
A study tested the hypothesis that stretch activation of the ischemic myocardium during left ventricular rapid filling produces an increased interaction between the myofilaments of the ischemic part of the myocardium in dogs.
