Magnesium shifts voltage dependence of activation of delayed rectifier IK in guinea pig ventricular myocytes

The sensitivity of the delayed rectifier K+ current to intracellular Mg2+ was investigated in guinea pig ventricular myocytes using the whole cell patch-clamp technique.
