Exogenous NO inhibits basal NO release from vascular endothelium in vitro and in vivo
Ma et al test the hypothesis that exogenous nitric oxide inhibits basal release of NO in isolated rate aortic rings and in vivo. Their results indicate that exogenous NO significantly inhibits nasal NO release both in vitro and in vivo.
