Endothelium-dependent relaxations to adenosine in juvenile rabbit pulmonary arteries and veins

A study investigated the actions of adenosine and its analogues in pulmonary vessels isolated from rabbits. Results indicate that adenosine and 5'-N-ethylcarboxamido-adenosine (NECA) dilate pulmonary arteries and veins.
