Trauma-hemorrhage and resuscitation in the mouse : effects on cardiac output and organ blood flow

A study examines the changes of cardiac output and blood flow in mice in response to trauma and hemorrhage. The first objective of the study was to develop a nonheparinized mouse model of trauma-hemorrhage and crystalloid resuscitation that should be associated with late mortality.
