Zusammenfassung: | This study examines the relationship that the movies volunteers hold and the incentives they receive has with volunteers' attitudes and performance. Using the concept of congruence or fit between motives and incentives, we test two competing models to determine which combination of motives and incentives has the most positive relationship with volunteers' attitudes and performance. The two models vary with respect to whether motives and incentives are matched or mismatched in strength (i.e., congruent or incongruent). |
