Intra-Oral mass with Dental Anarchy

Picture of a 9 year old young girl who presented to our clinic with a -5 month history of abnormal growth in the mouth and -Dental anarchy and loss of teeth of 3 months duration -Weight loss of 2 months duration. . Mass was initially the size of a kernel, located in the floor of the mouth but gradually increased in size. with increase in growth of mass, parents noted the dental anarchy and loss of teeth. We made a working diagnosis of Rhabdomyosarcoma possibly the Botyroid type and child has been sent for the appropriate tests.
