Zusammenfassung: | This article highlights the technological solutions available for increasing the accessibility of educational materials for students with disabilities. Special attention is paid to design features for supporting the needs of students with disabilities in computer-based tests; however, many of the same technologies can be applied to instructional environments. Current technologies such as assistive devices are discussed as well as emerging strategies for embedding flexibility into learning and testing interfaces. In addition, advances in the field of ambient intelligence are described as they might apply to educational environments. |
