Zusammenfassung: | In this work, the study of mathematical models of transonic centrifugal compressor stage with the inlet guide vanes (IGV) and axial-radial semi-open impeller was carried out. The flow was studied using the Navier-Stokes equations closed by the Shear Stress Transport (SST) turbulence model. The modeling was performed for the rotation frequency of 28 076 rpm and two angles of rotation of IGV (initial position θ10 = +25° and rotated by +10° (θ1 = +35°). The influence of the parameters of the computational model (the number of elements in the computational mesh, interconnect interfaces) on the result is considered. The influence of the gap between the impeller blades and the body is estimated. The results of the study of gas-dynamic characteristics and flow structure show that only some parameters have a significant impact on the modeling result. |
