Zusammenfassung:Polymer materials are widely used in different industry areas, in particular as flexography printing plates. The main operating feature of printing flexography elements forming an image is in their 3D-characteristics stability, including profile, coordinates and size parameters. There are a few "flat-topped” screen dots techniques; at the printing process the dots profile planes shape can be changed under contact zone pressure, so profile geometry dynamics monitoring during operating is actual. Contactless method of analyzing with the view-measuring microscope tool VMM150 was tested for the monitoring. The algorithm of printing elements geometry estimation was developed.
