Zusammenfassung: | A combined magnetic field sensor consisting of a magnetic field concentrator based on a superconducting ring film and a magnetically sensitive element with a spintronics structure is investigated. It had a sandwich structure. It is established that the coefficient of concentration of the magnetic field increases due to fragmentation of the active band, in the form of several superconducting branches and cuts having nanoscale widths (≥20 nm). With an increase in the number of cuts, the threshold magnetosensitivity of the sensor also decreases several times. Nanoscale elements in the form of cuts in the active strip make it possible to reduce the diameter of the concentrator ring and the sensor as a whole smaller than 1 mm. It is noted that the considered combined magnetic field sensor with nanoscale elements has a high potential for detecting ultraweak magnetic fields (∼10 pT). |
