Zusammenfassung:While the examination of past literature and our research analysis shows that there are two primary reasons why traditional CSR programs have yielded only minimal benefits, first, CSR managers are usually given a fixed budget and encouraged to allocate the funds to a wide range of community-based charities. Second, Typical approaches to CSR include developing a corporate code of ethics, preparing triple bottom line reports and launching public relations campaign that highlights a given society responsible "act" Based on the research analysis and past few literature reviews, the strategic CSR model is an attempt to make a clear distinction between the interdependences of business and society to understand the strategic role of CSR in today's firm. This exploring of strategic CSR model can be considered as reinventing the strategic CSR for a firm, to fit the firm's CSR to its strategy in fulfilling the stakeholders' expectations because the model is developed based on some important literature in the field, which generates the dimensions significant to be strategic in CSR performance of any business organization. Finally, research attempt to suggest the literature framework of strategic CSR. Henceforth, as a conclusion, we found that CSR is increasingly crucial to both business and society.
