Zusammenfassung: | There is unpredictable and variable current era in business environment, the main goal of any organization is a competitive advantage. In such circumstances, the slightest slip can sometimes lead to a deterioration of the organization. Therefore, it is important to empower the organization. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of enabling organizational factors on labor productivity over a period of 6 months between 2013 to 2014. This study measures employee productivity and Goldsmith Hersey questionnaire and a questionnaire to measure organizational empowerment Richard L. Daft (1988) were used. In this study generalized to community samples T-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used. Hypothesis Results showed that, between the Delegation of authority of the correlation coefficient (361/0 = r), employee training (0.401 = r), there is a significant positive correlation with employee productivity. But between employee motivation and teamwork and employee productivity significant correlation was not found. |
