Zusammenfassung: | I review recent theoretical studies on charmed hypernuclei and nuclear-bound charmonia and relate them to upcoming experiments. First, I discuss the use of effective field theory (EFT) techniques to extrapolate to the physical point (mπ = 138 MeV) ΛcN and J/ΨN and ηcN interactions obtained in lattice QCD simulations performed with large pion masses. Predictions made for the scattering lengths and effective range parameters of the extrapolated interactions are presented. Next, I discuss the use of nonmesonic weak decays of charmed hypernuclei to identify their formation. Finally, I present explicit predictions of charmoniumnucleus bound states based on the interactions obtained from lattice-extrapolated data. |
