Zusammenfassung: | The formation of a wear-resistant surface layer by the implantation of materials based on tungsten carbide is considered. The influence of implanted tungsten-carbide powder on the formation of wear-resistant gradient structures at the frictional surfaces during electromechanical machining is studied. Thermomechanical processes in the plastic-deformation zone result in intense austenitization of the steel, with the solution of tungsten-carbide powder and the formation of highly disperse composite structures on disintegration of the supercooled austenite supersaturated with tungsten. |
