Zusammenfassung:Objective: The study’s purpose has been to assess the influence of the data input actions in the information systems used in the primary health care with regards to nursing care towards the individual or community. Methods: It is a quantitative research that was performed with nurses engaged in the primary health care services. The tests of one-way ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis and Spearman correlation with significance of 5% and 95% confidence were used. Results: The majority of the nurses were women (94.5%), 34.4 years old, 8.8 years of professional training, had specialization and fixed job position, and were also 7.6 years engaged in the primary health care services. A negative association (p = 0.008) was observed between time spent for system data input and patient care. Conclusion: The study points out the influence of the managerial actions focused to the information systems regarding the care provided to the individuals/community.
