Zusammenfassung:Established in 2002, Helen Lillias Mitchell's charitable bequest, the annual Golden Fleece Award, has to date bequeathed €380,000 in prize funds to 68 artists. The amount of prize funds varies each year, depending on the year's returns from investments from the trust she set up prior to her death. This year's fund totalled €30,000, making the Golden Fleece the most generous art prize open to all artists and craft makers in Ireland in 2019. What a legacy!
