Bearing the subtitle Administrative Law of the European Union, Its Member States and the United States, the volume makes a comparative analysis of the most important aspects of the administrative law at the level of the European Union, with a case study based on several member states of the European Union such as France, Germany, Netherlands or the United Kingdom, as well as at the level of the United States of America. We should underline that the first edition of this work was published in 2002, the second one in 2007, and the third one in 2012.
