Zusammenfassung: | The method of speckle patterns of optical radiation with the use of spiral laser beams to determine the parameters of roughness and surface flaw detection of optically opaque parts of the aircraft. Diagrams for correlation interval dependence of recorded speckle patterns from high roughness parameters and controlled surface defect depth are obtained. During the simulation it is set up and experimentally confirmed that the use in probing the wave front of the spiral increases the sensitivity of the speckle patterns. |
