Zusammenfassung: | This paper aims to make an analysis between human capacity and human capital in the field of education. Human capital is a concept that basically considers people for their productivity or job performance, leaving out those important aspects such as freedom of choice, values and welfare of people. The capital approach promotes inequality by not allowing a fair development of people, and therefore, enables the development of unequal conditions. Based on this, it is more convenient for both individuals and companies claiming an education with a focus on human capacity, allowing the development of a number of conditions and educational opportunities for the proper expression of the human being, by promoting a harmonious and equitable development of society. |
