Good practices from the gender perspective in agricultural project management

The research was aimed at documenting good practices in gender equality working as well as the results of four project initiatives in the agricultural sector. The study was conducted in “Jesús Menendez” municipality, Las Tunas province in the period May 2009 to July 2014. The use of different scientific methods and research techniques, such as the Participatory Action Research, the Observation, the Historical and logical, the Document Analysis, the Analysis-synthesis, the Induction-deduction, the semi-structured interview, the Group discussion and the survey made it possible to identify the good practices and results in gender equality working. Thus, the results show the changes in favor of gender equity that occur in the territory.
